At a recent corporate event a waiter stumbled onto the dance floor,
carrying a round serving tray filled with pots and pans. He tipped,
turned, almost fell over, and then with a CRASH dropped it all
onto the dance floor.
The music stopped. Everyone looked at him in amazement. Then
he started to dance. The music faded in, and the rest of the wait
staff joined him. Next the company CEO and several members
of the event planning committee were also dancing.
It was a planned Flash Mob Dance choreographed and designed
just for this company. With the hotel wait staff and company
planning committee all in on it.
The hotel now offers this entertainment option to their corporate
clients. They recognize this can distinguish their services from
other venues. And the idea put me on top of their A List for
entertainment.
