reply to this email  for more great party tips.
We are local to Central Oregon and have planned dozens of unique and fun events!!
  4.          Enlist help!

Trying to get everything done by yourself can be stressful. Delegate duties to some local event pro's they offer FREE ideas and they're help and it's a lot more fun than doing it alone!
  5. 3
    Choose a theme.
A theme makes planning your party much easier, and it sparks your guests/employees/customers' enthusiasm.
We have helped dozens of unique "theme" events! Let's talk!
  6. 4
    Pick a place.

Your office may work with a little decorating ideas from us...or take over a restaurant...hire a limo for the really small 6-10 people party! Country Club's are willing to offer great deals on party packages?

If you call us today we'll come out this week to view your ideas or ideal spot!
  7. 5
Plan more activities than you anticipate.
Things don't always go exactly how you expect them to, so with a few extra activite's and or games in your pocket you'll be ready!

  8. 7
    Spread the word.
As soon as you have the core parts of the party down (time, date, location) then start to invite your friends/employees/customers.

We have unique ways to put together your list with invitations are cool and inviting! 9
  9.         Set the mood
This is one of the party planning tips that some people tend to overlook. Greeting guests at the door with a smile will help them feel comfortable right away. Decorating your party location to match your theme will spark your guests' enthusiasm, and dressing in the style of your theme will get everyone talking.
  10. 10
To encourage mingling, put out less chairs than there are people

People can't mingle if they are sitting.
  11. 11
Remember to put enough tables or an end table near the chairs so

that people can put their plates down
    .
  12. 12
During the party, be sure you get a chance to talk to everyone there.

You invite people to your event to talk to them use clever games to encourage mingling!

We have some great ideas for this too!
  13. 13
Always remember to add non-alcoholic drinks to your menu.

Not everyone will want alcohol, and the designated drivers are going to need something to drink.
  14. 14
Play background music to liven up the atmosphere.
Make sure it's played loud enough to hear, but not so loud that it's a distraction.
