ADJA, Platinum Sponsor at the 30th Annual National RCRA Conference at Sunriver Resort on Beautiful Sunriver OR!

Dave Star of Star Productions DJs will represent ADJA as a  Platinum Sponsor at the 30th Annual RCRA Conference at Sunriver Resort! 

Dave is familiar with working with large organizations and corporations...from Macy's to Toyota Corporation and many in between. Recently Dave was the DJ of Choice for Well's Fargo's Northwest Employee Awards functions "WOW" Events throughout the Northwest.

The RCRA is the Resort and Commercial Recreation Association:

"The Resort and Commercial Recreation Association was established in 1981 by a group of recreation professionals seeking to create a network to exchange programming ideas. This original group of professionals formed committees; which later expanded to include education workshops, program exchange services, a directory of professionals and eventually a job fair to attract new student memberships. Within 6 months, the association was in full stride and finished the year by holding the first National Conference at Amelia Island Plantation in Florida."

The National Conference (which consistently takes place in November) and the Program Leadership Conference (in January) are both significant events for RCRA. They continue to offer a quality experience for students seeking internships or entry-level jobs. The conferences also offer professionals and educators a chance to network with colleagues, meet students and rejuvenate for the coming year.


RCRA, along with its industry, continues to grow and expand. As with most associations, RCRA has seen its share of challenging times but it continues to emerge as a dominant force within the field of commercial recreation and the leisure industry. 


We hope to strengthen our relationship as "The Professional DJ network of choice" said Dave Star, who has been an ADJA Member for 3 years. I will be in front of hundreds of members of the RCRA for the next few days and will communicate the benefits of using an ADJA member for RCRA member related functions and programs across the United States on into 2011!
