Sisters.... What a "Wacky" Bunch of Women!

Okay... first let me tell you about my own Sisters....Dee, Kat and Angel! I love my sisters (probably more now than when i was growing up...since i felt a little out numbered! plus hand me downs were no fun!). My sisters are awesome and have great lives traveling, Dee just completed a lifelong goal to visit all 50 states before her 50th! Kat is a world traveler, working for United for over 20 years has seen many countries i will never see in my lifetime and Angel, she changes in improves peoples lives traveling the Bay Area with her wonderful healing touch!

Each year I make an annual pilgrimage and have for the past 12 years to Sisters Oregon to spend time with my other "segregate" Sisters! That's right...i have adopted more sisters and this weekend about 60 women i call my sister! Today marks day three of being with these wacky gals i call my sisters.

I am the token brother! for 3 days it's me and my wacky sisters in Sisters Oregon for "Sisters in Sisters".

What is Sisters in Sisters you ask? Here's what the Sisters Chamber says....." Bring your sister, your mom, your friend and experience the weekend of bonding, friendship and more.  Enjoy workshops, activities, shopping and excitement."

The event is a blast and ladies come from all around the country and some in the past from Europe! This event has been part of women's lives, the annual pilgrimage to bring sisters together in an awesome place to really spent quality time together...

I participate because we get wacky and have fun! I get to have fun, entertain and really get to know some of these great gals...i look forward to this event each year too because it allows me to push my limits as an entertainer!

So it's day Three.... i am excited to introduce our speaker Rachel Scidoris! An awesome young lady in her own right and the first blind woman to finish the grueling Iditarod in Alaska! I have known her dad and her for 12 years...working with them on Central Oreogn Sled dog races including the Atta Boy 300 Sled dog race as their announcer and media partner....I can't wait to hear her latest story! She just finished a bike ride to create awareness for the blind, from Alaska to Mexico. What an inspirational lady! I will share more on Sisters in Sisters later with pictures!
